Mona Gardner, MA, SLP is the managing director of the Center for the Holistic Advancement of Therapeutic Services- CHATS.
Mona received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum lade, in Biology, from the Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey and her Masters of Arts degree in Speech- Language Pathology with Distinction from The University of the West Indies, St Augustine Trinidad.
Mona is licensed by the Council for the Professions Related (CPRM) to Medicine in Trinidad and Tobago and sits on the steering committee for the Caribbean Speech-Language Hearing Association (CaribSHA). She continues to maintain affiliation with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Mona’s clinical experience thus far includes evaluating, diagnosing and treating communication disorders in the areas of speech and language delays, articulation disorders, stuttering, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, hearing loss, stroke, traumatic brain injury, feeding and other areas of special needs in both children and adults.
